Falls Creek Apartments

Apartments suck!! My BF does work for the owner and lets us stay in an apartment that has no heat or air we have to supply it, no address so we can receive mail, we had to put a better door on and fix door jam in order to have an actual door but don't have a key for door to lock when gone, can't use kitchen sink or bathroom sink, roaches are extremely bad cause don't tend to the bug issue, no smoke alarms at all in apartment. And tells us we live here for free and owner pays people working $20 a day but expect them to work 9am-5pm and sometimes later. Owner just needs to knock these apartments down and have new ones built even if it was a building at a time. Don't know how any could get approved through Housing but they do.

I was attacked by a pitbull that lives in these apartments last month. I left multiple voicemails stating the reason for my call. The owner will NOT return my calls, and I don’t feel safe even walking by this place to be honest. If you have kids they could be mauled going to the bus by that dog, this place isn’t safe. It looks like a bunch of trap apartments though, you know what it is looking at them.

I live at Foxcroft apartments for 17 years never had any damage, falls creek should be bulldozed down, I give Foxcroft a5 star,you need to go

This is the definition of slum lord apartments, most of the units are unoccupied but rather storage for the owner's junk, the Man had 2 trucks that were broke down, and his drive port instead of removing them. He built A wall around them. Unfortunately, my mom lives there and she's infested with cockroaches. Any kind of maintenance takes weeks or months if not longer. My mother has health issues and you couldn't get the air conditioner fix for the entire summer. Basically, it's just a haven for drugs, its not safe due to the lack of any support, and people who live there I'm sorry. I wish there was a chance to give it negative stars I would.

Falls Creek apartments has really improved in the last year. The manager has been on top of work orders . The owner has really improved the quality of living in THESE apartments. The property has on site security . The property has a pool that's being resurfaced for reopening in the summer. Great neighborhood for raising children. In my opinion I give Falls Creek apartments two thumbs up.
