My experience with Falls At Spring Creek has been extremely exceptional and beyond pleasant! Across the board from multiple employees I was provided with amazing customer service and accommodation. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge Brionna for her patience and positive energy through the application process she was awesome. Next , Kiana is the best leasing agent I've encountered in Macon Georgia her customer service and professionalism is impeccable. Every interaction with her was very welcoming. She goes the extra mile to accommodate you! The New Property Manager Anthony was very kind and thorough and makes sure every unit is of quality before any move in. The Maintenance Supervisor Antoin addressed and corrected any concerns I had about my unit prior to moving in. He went out of his w

I just want to personally thank Antoine Williams (Maintenance Supervisor) for his assistance since we've moved in. His professionalism amongst the tenants around us and for myself has been all around top notch far as communication and taking care of the needs of me and my family and others along the way. All around great guy to have on the staff here. Thank you Also, I want to thank Breonna Bryant (office manager) as well for her professionalism for handling things in the office we needed along the way. She goes beyond the call she asked to do to make sure the tenants are taking care of. She's a value asset to the staff and the community as well her team, they work well together.

I’ve had an excellent experience living here, especially with management and maintenance teams.When my dishwasher stopped working, Antoin W. responded quickly and ended up replacing it entirely with no hassle. The entire process was smooth, and his team was friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. Also, Brionna is very responsive and genuinely cares about her residents, which really shows. All members of staff go above and beyond to help their residents!!!

All in all one of the best communities in Macon no crime,nothing to keep your head on the swivel about great management team Brionna and Kiana has always gotten right back to me about any issues I ever had . Although management might has changed the clear line of communication and all the other helpful things from Brionna and all the other property managers haven’t As the saying goes communication rules the nation and this property and management team does a pretty good job with understanding life can happen and are willing to help you through. 10/10 being from Macon and living all round the states it’s kinda hard to beat this community Maintenance team does a pretty solid job of handling issues in a timely manner as well as being visible throughout the day if problems may arise! I have been at tenant since 2021 and overall the best maintenance to come along is Antion Williams. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always greets you with a smile. I was having a problems with pipes in my laundry room and Antion fixed a problem that I have had before he came to our community. He is a great asset to this apartment complex and I am truly blessed to have him as our maintenance supervisor in our community. His hard work and unwavering dedication does not go unnoticed. Keep up the good work Antion along with your maintenance team mates. Excellent job!!!!!!!
