Fallbrook Flats

The property manager, Angel, gave us a tour and although we ultimately decided not to stay at Fallbrook (not by any fault), our experience with Angel was amazing. The moment we stepped into the leasing office we were met with a smile and a cheery attitude. She was incredibly personable and kind to us the entire time and answered all of our questions. Angel clearly cares for the community and wants to ensure all residents have an incredible time there. If you're looking for an apartment and it fits into your budget, please consider Fallbrook.

My husband and I moved into Fallbrook Flats in January and had a great experience working with Angel. From scheduling a tour, to breaking down terms of the list she has been so helpful. She made herself available as we were working with our old apartment company to end our old lease and was as flexible as she could be with the start date of our new lease. It's been a good experience moving in and living at Fallbrook so far. We love the beautiful gym and the nice neighborhood that surrounds the property. There are some great layout options when it comes to the apartments and the build is on the newer/updated side, so the units are nice and cozy. Overall, we would recommend considering Fallbrook Flats if you're looking for a new apartment in the York area.

Me and my girlfriend toured multiple apartments and none of them where as nice as these ones. The leasing agent Angel was absolutely amazing so welcoming, kind, and genuine! She made the tour a 10/10 and made us so comfortable. She presented the apartments we toured so well and was truly such a huge help during the process and decision on which apartment to pick!

I’m not one to leave reviews. However, I been living for a year and a half in Fallbrook and I have to say that one of the main reasons I moved in, it was the opened , honest and warm environment Angel provided. I did felt in love with the apartment the first time I saw them, however, I thought that the storage wasn’t enough and I didn’t have enough closet space. Angel was so patient with me that she gave me a second tour and help me imagine how my apartment would look if I decided to move in. That what sold me. Ever worried I had I feel comfortable to bring it to management and I love that. Honestly, I can’t imagine living here without the management.

I’ve been here for a little under a year and it’s been such a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property manager, Angel, is true to her name. She always says hello, creates a sense of community among the residents, loves our doggies, and made the move in process simple and easy. I gave 4 stars because it’s a tad pricey, but overall, maintenance is quick and efficient, I’ve had zero issues with loud neighbors or defective appliances. So the quiet comfort and luxury make up for the price in some ways. It’s a place where I truly look forward to coming home.
