Falcons Pointe Apartments

Falcon’s Pointe apartment complex is a great place to live! I enjoy having my own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area is very spacious and the included appliances have been a money saver for me. I love the location and the easy access to Main Street. The clubhouse, pool, hot tub, gym, and computer lab are great amenities and are well kept. The staff is always friendly in the office and the maintenance team has been useful in any issue I’ve had. I have looked into other apartment complex’s and houses, but as a college student, Falcon’s Pointe was the right fit. I only had to pay $235 up front compared to $400+ and my apartment is fully furnished which is hard to find. I also have my own individual lease so I don’t have to worry about my roommates not paying which can be diffic

Falcon’s Pointe has provided me the best living experience! As a first year student, I was nervous to move away from home but, living here has been amazing and the transition was very smooth! I enjoy the amenities such as tanning booth, pool/hot tub, and especially the 24/7 gym. I also really enjoy having my own bedroom and bathroom! I was very nervous to have random roommates but thanks to the application Falcon’s Pointe had me fill out, I have met amazing girls and created lifelong friendships with them!!

Living at Falcons Pointe has been a great experience! One of the best perks is the shuttle service that takes you to and from campus. It makes getting to class so much easier, especially during bad weather. The staff also does a great job of creating a sense of community by hosting fun events every month, which is a great way to meet people and take a break from studying. The apartments themselves are spacious, and the amenities are a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Falcons Pointe to any BGSU student looking for a convenient and social place to live!

I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The building is always well-maintained, and the pool area is one of the best features—perfect for relaxing or enjoying some time in the sun. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always professional, ensuring that any issues are handled efficiently. Additionally, the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Their customer service really adds to the overall great experience. Overall, this has been an excellent place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable living environment.

I love coming to visit my friend's apartment here! Falcons Pointe is a beautifully decorated, modern space that provides excellent apartments. The gym is well equipped, the pool is large and clean and the club house living room space is a lovely place to sit and relax. the staff here are so helpful. They always greet me with a smile and are the most lovely, friendly people.
