My fiance and I felt very confident with our realtor. He was very transparent with us letting us know early on about the current market and the speed at which houses were selling. He was fast with sending us potential new homes and getting us in to view them. When viewing houses he listened to our concerns and was willing to answer any questions...there was a lot with us being first time home buyers. Throughout the whole process he kept us updated and if and when we had more questions he always picked up the phone or called back shortly after.
