Hilarious that they deleted my review for exposing the fact that they evicted us with a baby. They also evicted a neighbor after getting sick and missing one rent. Termites. Roaches. Lawn maintenance will fling rocks at your window because they are inconsiderate and stupid. Worst place I ever lived. Periodt.

Great place to start off with. Price is really good. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Gated community, no assigned parking but there is more than enough parking. Washer and dryer hook up (we have a 1/1) Pet Friendly. Nice little outdoor porch to grill or just hangout. Walmart is right around the corner as well as Publix. Bank of America, Chase, Walgreens, Subway, BK, Wendy's, Barber Shop, and the best Cuban Bakery down south, Havana Bakery! Plus many more.

Terrible place has mold and Termites everywhere

Great place to rent a frugal apartment...White men owner is supernice and comprehensive men..Assisted by Williams a great Men..If you have any problems here they work with you...I highly recommend....Highly safe...

They take forever, for the maintenance orders ,you will have to report them in person , they always have an excuse why they haven't fix your issue.
