I've sold two houses using Falaya, and had a great experience each time. The first time I got the middle package, and got great support from Barret and the team. This time I went for the "economy" plan, as I've bought and sold quite a few houses by now. I still got good support, all the paperwork was done quickly. I accepted a decent (but not fantastic) cash offer and closed in two weeks. The Falaya team is very responsive, and easy to work with. I saved around $10,000 in total seller agent commissions in the two houses sold with Falaya. If you're confident enough to lead your home sale effort, Falaya provides professional MLS access with timely and helpful support.

There are a lot of realtors out there, but I honestly don’t think anyone could’ve handled our sale the way Barret did. He was patient, steady, and always on top of things. From the second agreement on, he guided us through some complicated parts and made the whole process feel manageable. Jacob was great to work with too, and together they made a really solid team.
