Fairytale Vacation Rentals

I stayed at 248 Captiva drive it was absolutely perfect the rooms were nice and clean. Lovely beach decor. beautiful open Lanai with 2 grills. 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms if you want the hot tub to be heated it's $175 extra. EXCELLENT resort style pool LOVELY HUGE tropical plants. A splash pad for the kids. Miniature golf. A sandy beach volleyball area. Excellent location very close to major attractions and beaches I will definitely be back and I will for sure be referring people wonderful place to stay spring break 2024

I stayed here 2 weeks ago. We had problems from the first day (which was Saturday) they did not respond to us until Monday. We paid all this money for a spa that did not work. The management came out saw that the pool filter was not working the first 3 days of our vacation, said we needed it to dry out due to damage. then the spa was still not working. We gave it 2 days before someone from pool company came to clean pool and look at it. The spa had no directional jets in it. They came did not add any and the spa still did not work. So first 4 days we had no pool, no spa. Now we all come from houses with pools so we know how this should work. We were told garbage got picked up daily, so we followed the directions of what was in the book, well garbage got picked up one day. The house was ful
