I HIGHLY recommend NOT living here. Roach infestation and they do not clean up the apartments well at all before leasing them out. The apartment we moved into had digusting stains on the walls, the stains in the smaller bedroom resembled the color of blood. I made the mistake of signing my lease before getting to see the apartment, (I was desparate at the time.) The place looked like it was barely cleaned. I reported the stains and other concerns the next day after moving in, was told it would get cleaned up and never was. Things got worse from there. My bf and I are clean freaks and started spotting roaches and carpet beetles. I expressed my disgust to the office, and I could tell roach problems are a common occurrence. They showed no surprise nor disgust, just said to put a work order in

So far so good. We moved in a month ago and up to this point we've had a good experience. Maintenance has been efficient and professional. We paid extra for the golfside for the green scenery, the problem is the disrespectful dog owners who don't clean up after their animals. So right in front of our patio, the joyful view goes away when it's compounded with the smell of poop. I hope that they implement, or enforce the pick up policy. In the meantime, i'll be applying pepper, cayenne pepper, and ground pepper to the front of our area to keep them off the grass.

I hate it here. Roach infestation from day 1, porch is literally covered in spiders and etc. The app has charged my cards twice and now I keep having to pay a 30 dollar fee and they say they can’t waive it. I work overnight and they are not compliant with that when it comes to maintenance. And the worst of all.. there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. I don’t walk unless I’m going to my car, it makes 0 sense to why an entire area is covered in poop. I will not renew my lease. This is a place for if you absolutely need somewhere to stay!

This has been the worst experience. They do not care about their tenants. The water accumulates mold on all of the faucets and appliances such as dishwasher. There is dog poop all over outside. They do not take any complaints seriously, and they do not maintain necessities such as smoke detectors. I would not recommend living here to anyone. It is horrible and not at all worth the cost which they have continuously raised. Find somewhere else to live, absolutely do NOT go here.

Great maintenance, Rachel Is always helpful in the office. It is very quiet and clean. Wish I had walking shower,but they raise the rents 4 times already.if they keep raising it they are many people that will move out. I will have to move out too the rent is over the top.
