Claudia, our on-site property manager is amazing. She is visible throughout the complex, answering questions or addressing concerns. Her community awareness creates a safe positive living environment. I have renewed my lease twice because of Claudia. Yay Claudia!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! REMM GROUP IS THE WORST!! We really thought this would be a nice place to live, the jets taking off ever 5 min became unbearable to enjoy any kind of outdoor living, And then there is the Remm group, please keep in mind they care nothing of there tenants, you are just a # to them and expect that rent increases every year until they price you right out of your home, then we just got a bill for carpet that was in poor condition when we moved in, this is a scam to keep your deposit, DO NOT RENT FROM REMM GROUP OR FAIRWAY VILLAS, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE NIGHTMAR WE LIVED IN

The property here is very nice and kept It’s very quiet place, it has a small park with a bbq and tables for some outdoor cooking. A lot of dining areas around the property and freeways. Claudia the manager is very nice easy to talk too and understanding. I would recommend this apartments to anyone who’s looking for something quiet and relaxing.

The apartments here are amazing and very well kept. The new property manager, Ebony, is very nice and courteous. All of the residents have nothing but great things to say about her. She has been super helpful with any requests since she took over managing the property. Any requests have been taken care of promptly and professionally by her and the maintenance worker, Chaz. I would recommend this property to anyone. After living in many different apartments, I can absolutely say this is the nicest and has the best management!

If I could give it zero stars I would but if you asked me a year ago I would give this place 4 stars. We have been residents here for 4 years and now can't wait to get away! Unfortunately this place has gone down hill and is no longer considered a home but more of a stressful unsafe place to live. My family once use to love to call this place home and now my family can't wait to get out of this nightmare that it has become. We are now on our 3rd property manager since living here, that speaks volumes. The new property manager is rude, unfriendly, my family children included feel harassed and unwelcome. This may be located in Newport Beach but it is anything from the Newport dream of living. People who have lived here for years are coming together talking about how it has changed for the wo
