Big Mike was great to work with during our apartment tour. He was extremely helpful, energetic, and made the whole process very easy for us. He took the time to walk us through the different units, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we understood all the details. Although we ended up choosing another apartment complex, we really appreciated his support and would definitely recommend working with him.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Fairway North and Fields Apartments from start to finish. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and feel like home. I especially want to shout out Michael Hill, my leasing agent. He was absolutely incredible. Michael was professional, friendly, responsive, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. It really makes a difference when management genuinely cares about the residents and keeps everything running smoothly. The community feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the staff has been quick to help. A special shoutout to Justin! He’s been amazing. Professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile.
