Our realtor connected my wife and I with Brad Thomas an over a month ago and we officially close in a couple days. We thank God that our realtor introduced us to Brad; his service was outstanding! Brad Thomas worked on my behalf and he made the home buying process a breeze. His communication with me throughout the entire process was incredible. Specifically, he kept me informed enough to know exactly what was going on, but worked hard enough to keep buying a home completely stress free. Not to mention, that while he was completely profession throughout the entire process, he was super cool to talk to and create a friendship with! Brad teamed up with my real estate agent and together, they made the home buying process easy! I truly feel that it was a blessing from God that I had him in my corner as a first time home buyer! Brad was super responsive to work with. Every time we would have questions he would make sure we had the information we needed. Brad also worked super hard to make sure that we were able to find the right products for us. He acted as a liaison between us and another banking service to close a concurrent HELOC. With all the moving parts to a mortgage, it was great to know that we had someone experienced and professional to help guide us.

In this fast paced market he is a quick responder and great communicator. We were competing with many buyers and homes were selling same day. This was a lot of pressure for us and Brad’s authentic personality and professional skill set helped us to stay focused and encouraged during the process and made us feel like more than just a number.
