I had a great experience living here. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the layout made great use of the space. Management was responsive and professional whenever I had a question or needed maintenance, and issues were handled quickly. Minh is fantastic and quick to assist with any maintenance concerns that you might have. The community is quiet, friendly, and feels safe, and the location is super convenient to shops, transit, and everyday necessities. Overall, this was a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Outstanding service from Phuc Tran! Phuc Tran came out to my mother-in-law’s home today and quickly replaced her kitchen sink faucet. He was fast, courteous, incredibly friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and the work was done perfectly. It’s rare to find someone this skilled who is also so pleasant to work with. Fairway Glen is lucky to have Phuc on their team. Truly top-notch service, professional, fair, and done right the first time. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Ana and Yelena. From day one, they’ve been incredibly professional, kind, and responsive. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with genuine care, which really makes a difference as a resident. Ana and Yelena go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Their communication is clear, they’re always welcoming, and they make the community feel well-managed and comfortable. I really appreciate all the effort they put into creating a positive living experience. Highly recommend this community, especially because of such an amazing management team.

Minh from maintenance is fantastic! I was concerned about a possible leak from the upstairs unit and he was at my door immediately to fix whatever may be wrong. Minh is very kind and helpful, I asked for the ivy in front of my door to be cleaned out and it was taken care of right away. I greatly appreciate Minh and the maintenance crew for keeping the property clean and well maintained.
