Fairway Downs Apartments

This place is pretty okay. Rent is understandable and the apartments are old, but hold up pretty well. Convient to many locations around like the mall, a grocery store and gas station plus more. Enough apartment space for two people to live and neighbors are sometimes very quiet.

The new property manager is doing an awesome job. He is attentive and efficient. More importantly, he's actually present and conscientious about doing a spectacular job.

I lived in this complex twice many years apart. For what they are, this is a great complex and I had a good experience both times. The location is great - super convenient! I really liked the vaulted ceilings and miss my view overlooking the pool. If I were to rent an apartment again I would seriously consider returning.

You could easily miss the entrance even though there is a light. The entrance is next to the Dentist office and the apartment buildings wrap around behind it and down along the golf course. The front entrance to the apartments is through a lobby to a hallway. Sliding glass doors lead out to small patios where you can some freedom to decorate or not. The trees are huge giving it a secluded and protected feeling. A gated community with a large swimming pool and onsite washer and dryers. Most of the condos are rented out by individual owners and the tenants have been there a long time. Awesomely located right off Hall Blvd and Scholl's Ferry there is easy access on and off highway 217.

I have been a resident of this complex for almost 10 years and I am appalled at the rapid decline of this place! When the new management took over I truly hoped for a positive change but sadly no. They're still trying to finish projects that were now 10 years in the making plus multipl landlord have had a serious drinking problem which severely impacted they're performance. Now the new management, sorry to say this new supervisor is so overwhelmed! There are so many negative things to say and I'm sorry to say that I even live here. There are also rodents and coyotes in the area so if you have a pet be careful
