Fairview Lake by Direct Residential Communities

One of the best decisions we’ve ever made was choosing this home and community. It’s not just a beautiful house—it’s truly become our home. The neighborhood is peaceful, family-friendly, and conveniently located close to everything we need. A big shout-out to Bonji, the builder’s onsite representative, and our amazing realtor Angela for making the process smooth and enjoyable. We decided on the 5-bedroom floor plan, and it has exceeded our expectations—spacious, modern, and perfect for our growing family. Although some homes in the community are still under construction, the builders and crews have been incredibly courteous and respectful of our space. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and are excited for the future here!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen while exploring new home plans offered by Direct Residential. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. She provided an exceptional level of detail and insight into each property making the entire process informative.

Karen is unprofessional and doesn't respond to emails in a timely fashion. I decided not to move forward with purchasing a home at this time due to all the back and forth from Karen and 3 of realtors she set me up with. I inquired about receiving my earnest money back and Karen stated that I would receive it back in which the document she sent over said just that. A week later she called my agent to inform her that I would not be receiving my money back with no reasoning as to why. This whole time Karen has been communicating with me and now all of sudden you call my agent instead of me. So of course, I contacted Karen and she stated that she would speak with the seller again regarding this matter. I have yet to hear back from Karen. regarding this issue yet again. The onsite agent Karen was super helpful and knowledgable about the homes and area. Neighborhood is convenient to local shopping, I-20, and Hwy 138. Fairview has amenities including a lake, pool, cabana, pavilion, and tot lot which isn't the norm for new construction communities nowadays.

Fairview Lake is definitely a cut above the rest. The pavilion and lake are amazing and something you won’t see at other townhomes. Karen Walter was extremely helpful and informative about the property. She was gracious and knowledgeable about Fairview. Great experience!
