I have lived here 6 yrs. The manager that was here when I moved in, Whitney, was rude and not helpful. The manager now, Beverly, is very nice and helpful. She goes out of her way to try and make sure everything is done that needs to be. The maintenance men are also very nice and accommodating and the repairs are done in a timely manner.

I am writing this review to share my experience with the manager, Beverly. Who has consistently exhibited racist and disrespectful behavior. I have interacted with Beverly on numerous occasions, and every occurrence she is disrespectful. Beverly’s remarks were very unprofessional and did not reflect a respectful attitude.Her behavior was dismissive and showed a lack of understanding empathy. I have seen her also disrespect the elderly community. Especially the people of color. She has created a hostile environment and should not be managing a diverse community. The is also a huge mold issue and when brought to her attention I quote “ we will take care of it when we have time” I really believe that whoever owns this complex or if it is a corporation finds another manager because I don’t see
