Fairlawn Village Apartment

I love it here! It's maintained so well by Richard, and office staff. I love that this building is only about 3 years old and has USB ports in the wall outlets! It smells clean and new. I feel very safe here as there is security that monitors the complex. I could not have asked for a better place to move to. Looking forward to enjoying many comfortable years here. I feel very fortunate.

Oh my Amy Cruz is the best Landlord I’ve had in while. She’s great at communicating and understanding! Please keep her, because change needs to happen to make this place better, and she’s all about change😘 Thank you for her😍

I moved in on February of 2025, and when I tell you this is a nice apartment it is. The property manager Ms Keisha is very warm and understanding and very helpful with any issues or concerns you may have and she doing her best to keep the property looking good. I really appreciate Ms Keisha for all her diligence with our property.

THANK YOU NIKKA JOHNSON! She was very professional and answered as many questions as possible. Anytime I come into the office it’s nice to see how Nikka communicates with other residents and myself as well. BUT I cannot say that about all staff. The property manager Keesha Houston is very rude and unprofessional. I recently moved in here and tbh I’m very much aware of the location but I still am very grounded when it comes to professional and how residents are spoken too. She doesn’t allow you to speak with concerns and over speaks constantly over you. I ended awaiting to talk with the Director because this is not my 1st rude interaction with her. And nor did she even allow me to speak . And took offense when I told her this was crazy. She claimed that she “didn’t know”. But even is so
