Living at Fairlane Woods has been an excellent experience, and a huge part of that is because of Ray, our leasing specialist. Ray is truly exceptional. From day one, he has been kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. On multiple occasions, he has gone out of his way and put in extra effort to make sure our needs were met. He always follows up, always follows through, and consistently makes the entire process feel effortless. Having someone like him to rely on makes a real difference. The community itself is a great place to live. The neighborhood feels safe at all hours, with security consistently patrolling and making their presence known. I was a little nervous after reading some of the older reviews and took one person’s advice to “document everything.” When I was told our patio door would be repaired on a warm day, I went to the leasing office to ask what that meant. That’s when I met Thomas. I turned in our move-in checklist, and within 24 hours he and his team were at our apartment. They repaired the patio door, fixed the ceiling, added insulation to the front door that had been sticking, checked the windows, the tub, repaired the oven vent, checked and replaced the dishwasher, and even took care of a few cosmetic things I had mentioned- all within what felt like minutes. Just signed my agreement, and Misha was absolutely fantastic to work with. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address every concern. She was kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I’ll have someone like her supporting me during my stay.

I recently moved into Fairlane Woods after long search and find for a nice apartment community, what made Fairlane Woods stand out is the interaction I had with the leasing office. Especially, Nicole. She was so nice, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond on finding one that best fits my demands. The transparent discussions, honest suggestions and care made me feel very comfortable. A big shout out to Nicole for her dedication and efforts towards building trust.

If you're thinking of a new place to go and have the money. I highly recommend living at Fairlane Woods. I've never felt this welcomed in my life. The location is great, the doctor office is close by, and they offer a bus to the university right around the corner. The price might seem high at first but that's because of all the inifinate luxuries they offer. Safety, community, gym, cute geese, on demand repair services, a pool, small dog park, (near the apparnemt entrance) a community center that has community events, and a wonderful view and the most welcoming staff. Nicole has been very kind and patient with me. She is always ready to help no matter what time I walk into the community center. She greets me with a smile and has all the solutions I need.
