I have been here for over 3 years and somehow just learning about more fees that can be tagged on and “community guidelines” conveniently not listed anywhere on the lease agreement. This fee has been added to my account several times in the past as well and never on a specific date, which is a red flag in itself. The amount or date of fee is disclosed no where in your agreement so beware!! You will also be forced to pay a fee listed as valet trash which “cannot be removed” but you’re very lucky if your trash is picked up even once a week. Gates will be broken every other day and even with cars being broken into/stolen, the security will not increase. We had an absolutely amazing stay here! This place truly has it all, with top-notch amenities like in-unit laundry that made our lives so much easier. The maintenance team is super quick to respond, always ensuring that everything is in working order. Although it may seem a little pricey at first, trust us, it's worth every penny. The location is incredibly convenient, with popular stores like Target, Dollar Tree, and Walmart all within easy reach. We loved staying here for a year and felt right at home. The front office staff are incredibly kind and friendly, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Hi everyone! I’ve lived at Fairlane Meadows since August and I really love it here. The community feels safe and quiet, the grounds are well maintained, and they’ve been great about putting salt down. The gym and pool are a nice bonus, and the location is super convenient with lots of stores nearby. Walls are a little thin, but overall I’d definitely recommend living here. I don’t regret my decision at all.

I lived at this apartment complex for two years and would not recommend it. I paid a $1,280 security deposit and was told it would be returned after we moved out. Our lease ended in August 2025, we moved out on time. It is now January 2026, and we still have not received our deposit. We have gone to the leasing office almost every other week since moving out, and every time we’re told it’s “still processing,” with no explanation or timeline. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, and it feels like they are intentionally avoiding the issue. Rent here at your own risk.

This was one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. If you live here, please buy a mold testing kit and check your vents. Ours tested positive for mold, making the apartment legally uninhabitable. The leasing agent falsely advertised the unit as “fully remodeled.” In reality, they just used cheap peel and stick flooring and did a quick paint job. The toilet was covered in mold, and it took over a month for maintenance to fix it. When we were finally released from our lease because of the mold, management refused to return our deposit and even tried to charge us for the flimsy flooring that ripped from normal use. This place is a serious health hazard. Do not move here. It’s unsafe, filthy, and the management is completely dishonest.
