Fairington Apartments of Roanoke

Rebecca was amazing in assisting us through the moving process. The maintenance went beyond their job requirements to make accommodations for us to get an over stuffed couch in. The apartment is perfect for my brother. New carpet and paint. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment community. It was worth the wait.

Maintenance at Fairington is fantastic! I put in a work order for a clogged drain, and they were almost here before I finished submitting the request! They do excellent work. Steaff in general is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to reside!

Senior and disabled living in very nice one bedroom apartments. Fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is of good size. Two buildings of 50 each. Three floors with elevators and laundry room on first floor of each building. Plenty of parking. Kept very nice and is HUD affiliated. Waiting list for apartments.

Rebecca is an outstanding resident manager which we needed so badly. Lauren is the best social services coordinator. They are both so welcoming. Happiest I’ve ever been here!

Thank you to the Staff of Farrington Rebecca is a sweetheart heart when you call about something she takes the time to look into it and fix what ever problem you have going on. She she's awesome as our new landlord we could have asked for a better landlord to come and take over we have seen our property go from low to high and I'm glad that we have Rebecca in as our landlord. Lauren is totally Awesome. Lauren has a caring spot to help all residents no matter how much she has on her plate she finds away to help you out from helping us with all agencies like welfare, social security she has people with their phones see faxes she makes copies for us he's truly been a blessing and farrington because she's one that shows that she cares about us.
