Fairfield Village at Commack

Overall pretty happy with my apartment! It is close to my job and my son loves the school district. I do feel safe & I love the convenience of being close to food shopping etc. It has improved from when I first moved in 7 years ago....my building has nice people in it now (there was once a very "sketchy" person living above me), but now it's fine. I wish the rent was less money (it's expensive) & ALL people picked up after their dogs.

I have lived her for almost 1 year and am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the apartment complex. The leasing agent went above and beyond to make my transition into my apartment during a somewhat difficult time in my life go extra smooth. The maintenance team has addressed a number of issue with me and all have been addressed within 24 hours or less. Anyone who lives here that I have crossed paths with has been more than nice. Everyone these days is complaining about high rents, but rents are high all over Long Island no matter where you look. I just wanted to leave a review because in a society of negative complainers, I believe in commending people and companies when things do go right on a consistent basis. Keep up the great work Fairfield Properties.

Absolutely disgusting do not rent here. Place is infested with Roaches. You will walk outside your door at night and be greeted by a bunch! Absolutely disgusting and no one cares they “spray” once a week and expect u to live in the roach filled apartment they rented to u. People will hit your car in the parking lot without saying word. Overpriced for no reason. “Gate” hasnt worked entire year i lived here was told they needed a part. Good luck finding parking after 8 PM. This place is disgustingly ran and i cannot believe its legal to rent apartments like this

I just moved in here January 1 and so far so good. If anything changes along the way I will definitely change my review. Let’s hope I don’t encounter any of the negative things that were said in the comments below.

The Maintenance crew Louis and Mike are Amazing , they work great together. They Complete the job . I am very satisfied With what care they take with there job. Also drew the Super is absolutely outstanding . Drew gets the complex to watch out for each other , get to know who our neighbors are. Our complex has changed for the better. I am absolutely happy with our experience Where I live.
