Fairfield Village Apartments

We didn't move in but the places are as nice as you will find in Eugene for the price and the manager, Debbie, was pleasant, helpful, and proactive.

I love our manager Debbie. She embraced my concerns the minute she said one word and her internet was down during the ice storm. I won’t ever forget her kindness!! She went above and beyond my expectations. Huge balcony, decent size 1 bed and doable prices.

I would give a negative star if I could. I moved out, giving notice. Cleaned my apartment, going above and beyond. Replaced drip pans, even filling the nail holes in the walls. I read negative reviews before, but did not think it would happen to me. Well low and behold, here I am now writing a negative review. This is the 1st time in all my years of renting where I have barely gotten any of my deposit back. They are crooks and I mean it when I say that. They will charge you for anything they possibly can to keep your deposit, so they can continue to line their fat pockets. There is good reason why they have such bad reviews. I am also led to believe the reviews they do have, which are positive, are fake. They seem to not know the meaning of "normal wear and tear" either. These apartments a

Apartments are typical old apartments (look like a cheap motel on the outside), nothing is fantastic, except maybe the pool, in the summer. It is next to a nice gradeschool, fairly new. Downside is the type of people who live here & in the neighborhood. I wouldn't trust anyone to keep my door unlocked, but I suppose that's everywhere.
