the maintenance staff does things without thinking. like installing flood lights in the parking lot that are aimed directly into the apartment and then get mad at you for asking them to be adjusted and tell you “you complain too much”when your not ok with it. maybe if they paid attention and did it right the first time, I wouldn’t have to complain. also i was approached very aggressively in the parking lot when i got home from work. like he was waiting for me so he could bully me. i was going to give him a nice tip for the holidays, he can forget it now. so unprofessional and rude. the pictures below were taken at night. but its “my fault” for not being ok with it. If you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor by living here this is the place for you. if you would like any kind

Go live here if you want to spend your money. My husband & I lived here for two years with a one bedroom apartment & spent almost 3000$ a month. they don’t pay for electricity & they have fees for parking & “valet trash” ( they make you put your garbage out in a can then ur supposed to bring a dirty can back in your apartment) The management is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. They were doing work on the apartment behind me & all my shelves fell with glass & I could never reach anyone. you have the pool & gym but last summer the pool was closed for 3 weeks for construction. they also don’t let you eat in the pool (thought we were adults) to top it all off they NEVER give you ur security deposit. mind you my husband & I spackled & I cleaned everything spotlessly. STAY AWAY! pics are of my clean

If I could give Fairfield Properties at Massapequa zero stars I would. I moved in 2023 and was told the property was going to get a facelift and updates and the entire time it was a complete mess! They replaced the front doors in 2023 and never updated with numbers so it was almost impossible for deliveries! They are currently refacing each building, but the progress is very slow and is not expected to be done for a while. That will mean all the construction materials will be laying out and not stored away. It’s just a mess! The apartments are renovated however it’s a rushed job and it shows in the small details . The floors are uneven, doors don’t shut all the way etc. The amount of dust and dirt that accumulates is insane and that is because it’s all dirt in the courtyard. They took do

This has been a nightmare from day 1 , please do not move into this development, I moved into one of the newly renovated apartments for $3700 , which I was told was less by the leasing agent who also listed that I moved in 7 days earlier and lost one weeks rent so nice to be honorable ! there is no exhaust in the bathrooms , the power blows out from everywhere! The toaster , air conditioning, from using a charger , here is the best part , it’s infested with CENTIPEDES! Big disgusting CENTIPEDES that literally crawl into your bed at night , apparently it’s been a problem for years and nothing gets done ! Oh and I was told how quiet it’s been here with crime , well there have been cops here every week for crime and it’s nice moving in watching someone getting arrested Outside your door ! Wel

My first negative experience was right before I signed the lease, I asked the leasing agent a question about the apartment. Instead of answering me, she pressured me to sign first and when I did her exact words were “well it’s your problem now” instant regret. They gutted all the trees in the apartment complex about a year ago, now it looks like one huge pile of dirt. They also changed the doors a long time ago and have still yet to add the plaque numbers to the doors, all we have is a piece of blue duct tape with our apt number scribbled in sharpie and have had that for over TWO years. It can be 49 degrees outside and they won’t put on the heat. Yes, they regulate the heat, you do not have constant access to it. So if you’re anemic or just a regular human who gets cold at such low tempe
