Anytime your upstairs neighbor walks, the ceiling creaks, groans, and visibly moves. If you tour an apartment here before signing, inspect the ceilings carefully. Patches/dimples that have been spackled and painted over. That’s the result of screws and nails shifting because the structure above can’t handle the movement. Terrible Living Conditions and Negligent Management If you ignore everything else: You will not have a good time here and if you live downstairs. 1) your neighbors washer/dryer combo(the 2 in 1, not the stacked kind) will shake the entire floor. 2) When your upstairs neighbor walks around the ceiling will shake and creak. Assuming you view your apartment before you sign your lease look at the ceiling for dimples that have spackled and painted. That's the nails/screws moving because the floor above you keeps moving. Dont rent it. I have lived at for less than a year, and it has been a nightmare from the start. This place is not even close to luxury. It took a year to fix the hot water in my bathroom, my living room air conditioner hasn’t worked since I moved in and there is an infestation of roaches in the building. The issues still have not been resolved and I am stuck living there for another year. Once you are in, they will not take care of anything after. The snow removal is non existstant when you have to go to work in the morning and parking for guests is also non existent. Just walk in a building corridor and you will see how “luxury” it really is. These buildings have a cheap finish over a really old building that should be taken down.

I Moved here on 18th June 2017. The day since I have Moved here I had certain complaints about the Apartment. - Old Refrigerator in the Apartment not working. I asked for replacement then gave me another old refrigerator, but bad thing is Both the refrigerator are kept in my apartment. Does it take 3months and above to resolve a simple Refrigerator issue and still facing then problem. - Dish washer not working. Again nobody responding. - Accessories fitted are very old and Have caused injury to me. - Problem with the Parking lot allocation. Very Limited parking. No parking lots for Guests. we pay $1900/- per Month and this is what we get. Absolutely not happy with service.
