Fairfield Heights

My review in regards to Management: When I moved to Fairfield Heights around June. I was excited. But, It wasn't a beautiful move in, I discovered things needed to be repaired. I was dealing with the previous manager. Upon my move in and I was very, very, disappointed about my SHOWER dilemma. No water coming from the tub to the shower. No hot water at all. With that being asserted , I found out We now have a new property manager In the office. OMG, 😱 what now. I contacted the new manager. She made sure everything that was unsatisfactory in my apartment is now completed. I sent an email yesterday in regards to my key card. The manager Answered back within 24 Hours.😁😁 I moved to Fairfield Heights around June 2020, My place is now completely done. Yay!!!!! The property manager followed up an

So glad to finally have a manager here that's available, working to better things here . i personally see quite often going from unit to unit passing out memos and getting signatures to upgrade and make an effortd to make neccessary. Only to better things for us tenants and the property. I'm a tenant with only good things to say. Thanks for taking on this task and giving us your best.

A nice quiet little complex. It's pretty low key. The manager is friendly and so is the maintenance as well. They've cleaned up a lot sense before. And they're making improvements all the time.

My experience with our lovely manager that I just love so much she helps out in every way that she can and if she doesn't have the answer she's going to go find it get back with you share with you give her advice to her best knowledge she's great we couldn't have a better manager I love her she is the best!!!!!

I don't give a Fairfield Heights Fire stars because ever since I've lived here I haven't never had a manager like the her I think God for that she is so good at taking care of all my apartment needs ♥ 😌
