I've been reaching out for the past 2 weeks and leaving messages with their "emergency" operators since nobody ever picks up. With 3 messages asking with urgency to see a listing that still has a sign up and is showing availability on line, still 0 callbacks. I had to call one of the businesses next door to find out that they think someone has already signed the lease but nobody has apparently removed the sign or made the update as the listing isn't available any longer. It takes 2min to call someone back and simply say the place isn't available. What's the point of having an emergency operator system pick up if you don't return their calls in a timely manner?

Worst realtor around. Charged me 1400 realty fee over a month ago, lockbox still on after lease started. Called 5 times with no results. Would never use them again.
