Fairburn Gordon Apartments

Let me just say, I am not a resident here. I do, however, deeply sympathize for anyone currently reading there. I am reading the investigative article that has been published on wsbtv. The gross negligence and seemingly non-existent upkeep of this property is appalling and quite frankly, SHITTY. Shame on whomever owns this "management group or LLC" and SHAME ON THE ELECTED COUNCIL PEOPLE for turning a blind eye to the pleas of this community. Praying for everyone's continued health and well-being that live there that are forced to endure. Power to the People. 🙏🏾

I been out here since 2011 first unit water leaking from upstairs ceilings fell in rats roaches net's it was horrible. Finally after begging to be moved they finally did now the unit I'm in no AC no heat for a year it's mold.Im just so tired of this place management is horrible they kept my utility checks for almost 2years finally gave me 7 months but still haven't received the other 17 months owed to me. The owners don't care! They want fix nothing it's just a horrible place to live.moved in this unit Aug 8 2023 had been in this unit a month and a man ran up on my porch and died all they cared about did he get shot on the property.no lights in breezeway just fixed them this year.it wasn't always like this. I don't have AC or heat for a year roaches paint chipping mold smell bathroom tile

These apartments are the worst. Every apartment I have stayed in, they will not fix anything. Oven don't work refrigerator don't work no heat no air bats in the roof mold. Trash everywhere outside. Homeless people staying in the empty apartments shooting Damn near every day. I don't recommend these they need to be shut down. Come at your own risk

Horrible experience Security and Property management are a complete joke they need real police out there not this joke of what they call security

This property is in desperate need of upgrades and repairs. Greedy management won't repair anything even though they're receiving funding from hud. i honestly do not know why hud fund places in such bad shape. These units are unsuitable for anyone to reside in. Management is getting rich while having their tenants live in roach and rat infested units that honestly should be condemned. Water poured into my windows every time it rained really hard, straight into the electrical sockets under the windows. This place is unsafe and people are always losing their lives in these apartments, no security at all. Move here at your own risk.
