The worst experience. We went to a rental showing and agreed on everything: landscaping and snow removal would be covered, and we would have access to the basement. Once they saw our application and realized we were making more than they expected, they tried to change the terms. Suddenly, landscaping and snow removal were no longer included, they wanted to use the basement for their own storage instead of paying for a storage unit, and then asked us to pay an additional $200 for their storage. Unbelievable. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched.
