Our visit to F1RST Residences was outstanding! Matt gave us a thorough tour of multiple floorplans and was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Titi and Kathleen hosted the open house and truly went above and beyond. They answered all of our questions (and we had plenty!) with professionalism and warmth. The event itself was beautifully organized, and the snacks were amazing…. such a welcoming atmosphere. We left feeling very impressed with both the property and the team.

I just moved into F1RST Residences a few days ago, after being recommended to move here by a friend. So far, it has been fantastic! I enjoy the amenities, the apartment, and the move-in process was straightforward and simple. Colin was helpful throughout to r application process, answering all questions and emails promptly. And Titi was a valuable resource during the move in process to answer any questions we had. Thank you to them two and the team!

I’ve lived at F1rst Residences for over three years and can honestly say it’s been such a positive experience. Mej’s customer service is unmatched, she truly goes above and beyond. The maintenance team and cleaning staff are always friendly, efficient, and reliable. It makes a big difference when you feel taken care of in your home!

First Resident JBG Smith properties I've been a long-time resident, and in that time. I've seen many property managers come and go. Since the new property manager, Kathleen Akers, started, she has improved the safety and security of the building. Her personalized approach and genuine care for the residents are genuinely appreciated. Transitioning to a new property manager can be stressful, but the new manager, Kathleen, has made the process seamless and stress-free as a long-time resident who has seen my fair share of property managers come and go.
