EŌS NoMad Apartments

After negotiating a renewal and signing lease, I was sent an additional bill for $2,000 and told that if we wanted to use the gym, I would need to pay the additional fee. Management and the roles change frequently. The property is now dated and over priced, especially when you consider that things like the use of the gym aren't even included. I don't know if other properties practice this type of deception but I going to find out. After 10 years of just lazily taking the renewal, I'm done and will be moving on. Rick Culleton

For first class super luxury living, EOS building is the answer. The apartments are very well constructed with premium finishings and appliances, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed, great views. I love the rooftop amenities floor with spectacular views of the Empire State building, Hudson Yards, World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) and all of downtown Manhattan. I frequently use the rooftop to do my work, have a relaxing lunch on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunsets. The gym in the building is extremely big and very nice.
