Jamie went above and beyond with helping me get approved for my loan. He made the process less stressful, I can't express how grateful I am for all his hard work. If I had questions, he would answer right away (even after-hours!); and if he wasn't sure about something, he would look into it and get back to me the same day. As a first-time homebuyer, Jamie was with us every step of the way by explaining everything clearly and being transparent. His communication and cooperation with both the realty and title company were spot-on. We are very appreciative!

I LOVED working with Jamie! He answers calls and texts immediately, clearly explained things that were foreign to me as a first time homebuyer, and really removed a ton of stress from the process. He had the best rates and didn’t mess around with “beating rates” by increasing the up front costs to buy points like so many of his competitors do. He had a great contingency plan for us in case the appraisal came back too low which would have been the same out of pocket and monthly costs (thankfully we didn’t need this). He really is just great at his job and a great person to work with. We’ll definitely be working with him again when rates hopefully come down to refi :)
