I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. After a tornado this May, the AC units broke. It has been over three months and it is still not fixed while all other apartments in town already get everything fixed weeks ago. Living without proper AC during this time has been unacceptable. Management has shown little to no responsibility. Their “solution” is to tell residents to file claims with their insurance, instead of taking action themselves. No one cares about your ice cream night or whatever. WE NEED OUR AC BACK The garage door is constantly broken. Even when repaired, it breaks again soon after. The trash room is often neglected and left uncleaned for long periods, which results in flies and terrible odo
Update posted 6/26: 3 out of 5 stars Management clearly took note of my and other residents' feedback. Shortly after my initial review we received another update giving a timeline for AC repairs (starting the week of 6/23, or about 6 weeks post-tornado), noting that the repairs required a crane and building permit. Another update came before the crane arrived, and sure enough, there is now a crane outside with construction staff working on the building. I'm grateful for the updates and I'm grateful for the workers making repairs, especially during this heat wave. My apartment has been reaching up to 92 F in the bedroom so I have been sleeping in my living room where my portable AC can bring it down to 80 F. Some other residents have been staying in hotels. Importantly, management ha
When I first moved into this apartment complex, I had high hopes and a positive first impression. Unfortunately, after living here for less than six months, my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse. On July 12, 2025, I was locked inside my apartment for over two hours, which posed a serious safety concern, especially given that I live on a higher floor. In the event of a fire, I could have been at risk of severe injury—or worse. When maintenance finally arrived to assist, they forcibly kicked in my door, only to replace it with one that is improperly secured. The door is now at risk of either breaking completely or locking me inside again. Despite numerous requests for a proper fix, management has dismissed these concerns, claiming there’s no issue. As if that wasn’t enough,
I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing. One day when I was outside and tried to set up the phone key, I called the office and they told me I did not need to come to the office and they could set up the key for me remotely, so I can use my phone for entry when I came back. However, when I came back, the phone key didn’t work at all. I called for help, and the staff on the phone clearly told me that since this was their mistake, I would not be charged the $100 lockout fee. All these calls should be recorded on their end. Yet the next morning, I still found a $100 lockout fee added to my account. Their property manager, Christy, refused to pull the call recording, even though the recording would clearly show that I was promised not to be charg
I have been living here for 3 years consecutively and the management team has changed multiple times ever since. The first manger was good and the second one which is the current one is the worst ever, a rude and unprofessional one that doesn’t know how to serve customers. She would speak to me loudly when I was on a phone call (her colleague reminded her and she replied “I know”). One of the other two staff is also unprofessional barely knowing anything to solve the problems. I have to figure everything out and teach her. She spent most time in the office looking busy but given the quality of services provided I had many question marks in my head. Anyway, avoid this place. Avoid 2B overall as this property management company allows this to happen and allows the service to keep dropping. I
