Lauren Bell- Unethical! Lauren doesn’t deserve to hold a real estate license in the state of New Jersey. She’s a master manipulator and has lied and cheated her way through the system. She’s being reported to the board and a lawsuit has begun. While I was purchasing a home from Lauren. She never told the seller the offers we were presenting.she was making the decisions herself. Also when we were in attorneys review Lauren found another buyer. Which is totally legal. What is not legal and ethical is that Lauren lied and emailed me and told me if if I raise my offer 30k no other offers will be taken and the home will be mine and I need to close on my current in three to four weeks. I listened to her, raised my price and changed the closing date. She did not stand by her word and only use th

John Molinaro is awful. Don’t use him. He forced me to share all my Information so he could help me and then never got back to me about showings. I had to keep pressing him and eventually he just ghosted me. To stay silent when someone’s housing is on the line is not professionalism. It’s the cowardice of turning your back while people are left struggling. Shame on you.

After paying Jamie Ostaszewski from eXp a $3,500 broker fee, I received zero support when I unexpectedly needed to find a new apartment two years later—just a 24-hour delayed response that reminded me I’d have to pay another broker fee on the new place I’d find. This all happened after my landlord chose not to renew my lease for a third year due to needing the residence for live-in childcare — I’m a great tenant who pays their rent on time. As you can imagine, this was an extremely stressful time. I’d recommend working with a broker who values client relationships beyond the initial transaction. My experience with Matt has always been amazing. From helping me with my primary home to helping me with investment properties he is a wealth of knowledge in NJ real estate. I have referred him to several other friends and family and the results are the same. This year was tough as we were looking for a single family home for months and everything was selling fast. When we finally a house Matt made sure our offer was strong and he really did everything he could to get our offer accepted. Yes we lost a couple offers and even began to get discourage but Matt always kept our interest in mind and always reaches out to us as new homes became available. I encourage any looking to buy or sell interview Matt Valencia and his team you will not be disappointed.

Very professional. Was there every step of the way. Set reminders for me to do anything I had to do like for viewings or tasks for the closing. Was informative and set me up with a good inspection person and my attorney was very helpful which was referred to me through Matt as well. I had a very good experience with Matt. He knew how to put the offer in that would get accepted, got comps to compare it with and comps for the appraisal when it was time. Overall great performance as an agent and I am very very happy with my purchase. I never felt alone during the whole transaction knew he was there with me.
