If I could do zero starts I would Reshelle Gurney was the most unprepared, unprofessional agent I have ever come across. I was interested in specific property in Humboldt. I spoke to her directly on the phone and gave her all the specifics. I flew from San Diego up To Portland to get my RV and drive it down to this property. I was ready to buy, cash in hand. When I arrived to what I thought was the location, she told me that Zillow was wrong and that it was another 2 hours away in a town I would not want to be in. Not only was she not apologetic , she did nothing to rectify the situation. There was six weeks of text messaging back-and-forth with her“ assistant. I even asked a couple of times is that an AI or is that a real person? The AI kept sending me different listings and I kept lookin
