Joanie hooked us up with proven local vendors, frequently met them onsite in our absence and basically acted as project manager in preparing the property for sale. Straightforward and honest, Joanie got the job done. When we went on the market, the price was accurate and we sold quickly in a difficult market for sellers. Highly recommended.

This review is a little late as I bought my house in 2010. Joanie was my agent at the time. I got a great house that I still live in. but one thing that stood out from the process is that I was a 1st time buyer and was over eager to purchase a home. There were a few houses that I fell in love with but had flaws. She gave me advice and steered me away from them. I think an agent who just wanted to make a profit may have just let me buy a house that I might have regretted in order to make their commission. But we stuck with it and she found me the perfect home. That was fifteen years ago so maybe things have changed but that was my experience at the time. And i still love my house.
