They harass and solicit to try and get you to sell your house. If you do get an offer it will be extremely low ball. Never should you ever sell to someone who offers out of the blue to buy your house. Do your research. After repeated requests to not stop by our house and making it explicitly clear we aren't selling, I finally reported them to Albany where a State Laywer stated the particular "realtor" has been warned. They stated I should call the cops for harassment and trespassing if they stop by our property again. I recommend everyone report them if you feel harassed and have not publicly invited them onto your property.

I totally recommend dealing with Yeshaya Stern. Dealing with Yeshaya Stern was a pleasure! He took care of all the little details and got the job done in spectacular fashion! Stay away. Aberman called me telling me he had an offer for my house. Right before we were supposed to meet, he told me he was sending a broker. I also made him aware I was a broker…. I told him I was only interested in the offer and did not want to meet a broker. After further discussion, he mentioned someone else was representing him to make the offer. He sent another person named Avi. There was no offer on the table. Avi simply tried to pressure me to list my price with him. Once he disclosed he was part of Exit, I asked him to leave. Unprofessional tactic’s and a complete waste of my time.
