Was not on-time never returns call when he says he will shows up with out making appointment. Closed on my house and the rented my home back for 3 months then tried to charge me for damages he was aware of when he bought my home. Not very honest the reason all of us have a bad name is because people like him. Stay far away from Moshie So sorry I ever worked with such a man

Look, anyone complaining about Moche or Blooming Realty is just lying. The reality is Blooming Realty will buy your house at above the appraisal price if your house is in good condition. Can’t expect above price for your home if it’s a wreck no matter who the Realty company is. Me and my wife just sold our house at above market rate with no issues. Closing was a breeze and I get to stay in my house for a extra month and half. Of course I have to pay rent, can’t expect to live there for free when it’s not my house anymore. Moche was top notch and professional with myself and wife. He and Blooming Realty kept there word from day one. Thank you Blooming Realty and now me and my wife and kids are off to the Sunshine State.

Cmon people, we all know this guy is a huge joke. He is the most dishonest person I have met. He did sell my house but he plays for both teams and is an admitted liar. Do not deal with this person.
