Agent Susan Alex reached out to me weeks after I inquired about a rental property. She said that the property was rented already but that there might be another one becoming available. I was very excited that she reached out to me. She said that she would send me the application so she could have the information on hand. She never sent the application. I texted her a couple days later and she didn’t know who I was. Had the nerve to say that she didn’t forget about me when she clearly did based on her response “who is this?” She ultimately sent the application. I sent her all of our personal information asking her to confirm receipt which she never did. I sent her an inquiry about another property.
