Executive House

This is a clean friendly place to live. My Condo is perfect and it's on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view of the Central West End of St. Louis. Muffy does a wonderful job of managing the high rise.

My parents live here. The building is meticulously clean and decorated very nicely during all the holidays and all season long. The staff is very helpful and friendly and courteous. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my parents. The only issue I have experienced or heard of is the fact that if you have someone that can do work on your place independent of the person recommended from there, there seems to be an issue. I think people should be allowed to have whoever they want in their home to fix any issues or repair anything that they need without being bullied .

We have resided here 6 years now. I would just caution anyone looking to buy here to question anything they are told by the Manager or the Board. There is no security on the premises, altho they do have a few antiquated cameras. When things go missing and you ask to review tape it is unavailable. There are constant elevator issues as well as water damage issues. The Manager and Board make all decisions without consulting the owners. We recently had a fire in the building utility and storage area and I was told by a Board Member I shouldn’t question how it started. It happened in March and we have still not been informed of the cause, altho I was able to secure a copy of the Fire Report on my own. Upscale residential condo/apartment high rise. Very clean, well run facility with friendly staff. Private parking and nice outdoor pool. It's in the heart of the west end, walking distance to Forest Park, BJC, many bars and restaurants.

The view from here is spectacular of downtown but have to be on the 20th floor
