Thank you Matt Radford, Once again your disrespect shines through. Not only have you been disrespectful to me but you were also disrespectful to the Owner of the home. This home did have painting done prior to your move in. The walls were not spot painted as they were when you vacated. This of course had to be addressed. We at Ex-cell try our very best to keep the cost down, but we all know prices have increased on all materials. The home was also professionally cleaned prior to your move in and after your move out. I wish you the best in your new rental and I hope it meets all of your expectations.

This company will screw you over. They totally took advantage of my son and his friend who rented from them. The place was filthy and could have had small repairs done before the boys moved in but didn't and then charged them over $1700 after move out. They are crooks!

Never really ran into any major issues with Excell that couldn’t be resolved. Currently renting from them and have had a prior apartment from them, it’s always been a breeze for the most part. My current unit is getting concrete ripped up because there was a pipe leak underneath our unit floor (it’s an in-ground unit), although it was on short notice Connie helped my brother and I in relocating to an Airbnb for a week while our unit gets worked on (expenses paid for). We’ve had numerous small problems such as garbage disposal going out, major clogs in drains, light mold issues & connie has always hopped on the issue within a couple days (not sure I could say the same for other rental agencies, heard some horror stories lol). This has been the only rental agency I’ve worked with & I believe

If I could give this awful company a zero or negative star I would what a joke this company is Connie is such an angry awful person to even speak with she was my property manager awful lady always leaves a bitter taste in your mouth always pointing the finger at you and making sure that you feel like you're the problem along with the rest of the ladies in the office always your fault always raising their voice and talking down to you I rented a property from them for one year and I could not wait to get out from under them 9 months into my lease they wanted to all of a sudden do a walk-through with the owner of the property even Google's images of the yard when I moved in the month I moved in were like a dry Baron wasteland and they made that out to be my fault I said no no you said you'd

Connie is a savior got me in my unit in a pinch of time, kayla showed us the unit both super nice and got me in the unit in one day legendary!!
