Evolve property management runs Water Tower Apartments, which I’ve been a resident of for 9 months and they are now on their 3rd management team since I moved in. They claim to be luxury and upon move in, they told me about a dog park which was also on the website. It has now been removed because there’s “no room” I was told by the manager. I was also told there would be community events. In the 9 months I’ve been here, they had 1 pool party and 1 event where they had a chiropractor come out. Unlike my sister’s apartment 4 minutes away that does 4 events minimum a month. They also recently introduced premium parking, $50 a month originally then lowered to $25. Nothing premium about it, not covered at all, just closer to the building’s doors. Now, I am to leave my trash can outside tonight
