Evoke Living at Arrowood

Evoke Living is by far the best community I have toured since relocating to Charlotte NC. I had the pleasure of touring with Phoenix, she is very welcoming and knowledgeable on the property and what it has to offer me. The entire community was clean and overall looked "brand new" I was able to meet the community manager as well, Amanda and she had a welcoming spirit about her. Overall I have not made my decision on where I want to live yet but Evoke Living will definitely be in my cards!

If you love noise this is the place for you!! This complex is the projects with a face lift. Don’t let the open floor plans and stainless steal fool you. The walls and floors are paper thin!! Like no lie you can hear the people walking upstairs, having sex ( I mean from start to finish), and the every foot step. Then you have a lot of parents who do not know how to manage their own children and let them run consistently throughout the unit, I mean alll day. You tell the office about it and they’ll tell you that’s regular living and do nothing about it. Then the tenants do not care about the property they’ll bring trash all the way to dumpster just to drop the trash all over the floor. If you value your peace and sanity DO NOT MOVE HERE!!. I chose to live at Evoke Living at Arrowood because of the location and convenience, but the living experience has become extremely frustrating. When I signed my lease, quiet hours were clearly stated as 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Now residents are receiving notices changing quiet hours to 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, which is a major change and unrealistic for families, especially those with children. After being snowed in for nearly two weeks, expecting families to keep kids completely silent starting at 9 PM is simply unreasonable. Normal household noise is not the same as being disruptive. What is even more concerning is the lack of support from management. There are constant complaints being filed by certain neighbors who repeatedly monitor and report other residents, creating a hostile and uncomf

They went above and beyond to help me as their new resident secure a new apartment using a housing assistance program option, showing incredible attentiveness and advocacy. Amanda and Phoenix truly care about their residents, and it shows in their dedication to getting the job done.
