This is an absolute terror to of a company to work with. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company owns a rental home next to me. Their dead tree fell on my fence on 12/10 (Wednesday). They would not get back to their tenant until that Friday (12/13). Once I reached out, I had to call numerous times and email in order to get their attention. They did not take this incident serious and had no urgency to remove it. They told us a vendor named (Stellar Property Care) would be coming out on 12/15. They never showed. They sent another vendor on 12/16 and were fabulous. The sent another vendor on 12/17 and they were also fabulous. Please keep in mind, they only sent these vendors since I wouldn't stop calling and emailing asking for updates. The communication with this company is almost

Do Not use this company. I've lived in my property for 8 years and they are now my new property management company. They do not have good communication. Work orders go unanswered. When you call they make excuses. English is not there first language, so there is a language barrier. They came up with fees that you can't opt out of, I have renters insurance but I must pay them $40.99 a month for building insurance and a additional $11 for I don't know what. Then made me sign another lease that I already signed with the previous property management company so I could pay a $200 administration fee. They are a scam and if you are a property owner using this company you are a SLUM!!!

Despite paying vendor and cleaning fees, no one followed up or ensured the work was done. I had to personally cancel the fourth inspection and even book a flight to verify the property myself because of their lack of supervision. Their management team repeatedly promised updates but never delivered. For the amount they charge, the service quality is unacceptable. I would strongly advise any property owner to look elsewhere for a company that actually follows through and respects their clients’ time and money.

I would not recommend Evernest Property Management based on my experience. I paid for multiple repairs and a $540 cleaning fee, yet several items were never completed even after months of follow-up and failed inspections. Each time, a new property manager would take over, and communication stopped again. I was told work orders were submitted, but nothing was done. After four inspections and repeated promises, my property is still not rent-ready. This has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. I’ve even had to book a flight to personally check on the repairs I already paid for. It’s disappointing to deal with this level of disorganization and lack of accountability. I would advise other property owners to do thorough research before signing with this company.

They have a great sales team—Gwen did a very convincing job up front, and that’s how they get landlords in the door. What they don’t tell you is that they rely on self-service showings, which means no one is ensuring the property is locked properly or highlighting the amenities (like HOA perks) to prospective tenants. That should have been my first red flag. Unfortunately, it only went downhill from there. Constant property manager changes with zero communication. I started with Winston, then was transferred to Kimberly without notice, and then randomly switched to Jason. Hidden fees. No one ever explained the extra charges they tack on for moving utilities to their name. Unreliable inspections. They gave me a long list of “inspection issues” to fix, many of which I had to prove were al
