Very unprofessional, you can never reach management. If you're chosen to let them manage your property I think it's best to think twice about it. They had my property under management since July and failed to get a client in for rental. Then when I asked to cancel my agreement they started chat me Zillow payments. They never kept their agreement in the agreement it states if my property doesn't receive a client within 30 days I can cancel and receive my whole deposit back which didn't happen. Not to mention my property was vandalized and I was told by them that I had to pay 1700 for my window replacement not only that they charged me for maintenance going out to inspect my house which they didn't do, I now know that because my realtors went and did an inspection upon his investigation some

Charges you to renew your lease. Awful way to encourage people to renew and retain tenants. Never had this with any other rental company. Absurd money grab

Evernest has the most professional, helpful and understanding employees. Especially Ms. Adora Martinez. Who helped us through out the steps ,We really appreciate her soo much and the entire stuff who answered our phone. We are happy to be part of the community 😊

I have used Silver River to manage my rental for several years and can attest to the quality of their support. I managed the property myself for years and I'm pretty demanding about good service to my tenants. Silver River is quick to respond and find solutions for problems. They have an excellent network of contractors. They have been great about consulting and advising me about the care of the property. In my time with Silver River, I have had four reps and all have been excellent. I also like their financial reports, making my bookkeeping much easier. I am sure they have many clients, but I always find that they are accessible and responsive even if a problem requires a good bit of followup. Heartily recommended!

When our property management was Silver River, things were FANTASTIC. They were bought out by Poplar which is now "Evernest" as of February 2025. This journey with Evernest has been frustrating to say the least. Our unit has been without a working refrigerator since February 16th and as of today, there is no resolution in sight. I have left multiple messages for the manager Brian Cruz to contact me as well as my husband but to no avail. Living without one of the most basic amenities has been frustrating from a personal and financial standpoint, but we paid rent bright and early and on time! I don't fault the owner of the unit one bit, as the blame is on Evernest. The updates we get are convoluted and repetitive and no one can explain why we are going on THREE WEEKS without a working refrig
