Scammers they steal peoples deposit they take forever to fix anything and they never reply back. Took three months to fix a flooding issue with plumbing in the rainy season they took weeks to fix ac in summer. Than took full deposit and than asked for 3000 to pay to paint the whole property which violates many laws in Alabama
