Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge

Ive lived at evergreen 6 months. Its peaceful, clean, safe. My townhome is lovely. Spacious modern warm meets all my needs. The office staff go above and beyond. The grounds are well kept. We live in the most beautiful safest part of Eugene. Close to valley river mall. Stores and shops So for me and my boyfriend we are happy we found Evergreen 🌲

My husband and I have lived here for a month now and we highly recommend this development , especially for the friendly and highly responsive management. We appreciate ALL of the staff, from the assistants all the way up to the manager, as they all take time and effort to address our questions and concerns. And their customer service and amenity offerings are top tier… we definitely feel we are heard, attended to and matter! Ruby, in particular, has gone well above expectations in personal interaction and assistance to make living here such a comfortable experience. One (of many examples) is how she addresses us by name and asks us without request if she can personally offer any clubhouse service or refreshments always with a friendly smile. Beautiful landscaping and management is always on top of things. Maintenance happens quickly, almost too quick! Welcoming community spaces and spacious walkways and grassy fields make this an awesome place to call home!

I love this place. I have had an amazing experience living here! There are so many good things to say, I’ll start with the staff which is amazing, really helpful and friendly. Any time I have questions or concerns they have taken care of me within a good amount of time. I love that they have the charging available for hybrid and electric vehicles. One HUGE thing I have to mention is that the maintenance is always so quick to help with problems. I have never had to wait on any issue for days, it’s usually within the day that I get the problem fixed and that’s amazing! So huge shoutout to the staff and maintenance because they do so much to help us!

Honestly, this experience has been absolutely amazing! Any time we have had a concern with the unit, Evergreen has met us promptly with a solution! I appreciate how kept the lawn service is and how updated the units feel! Most importantly, the ladies, Tianna and Dakota, in the front office have been the most helpful and positive experience throughout this whole process! They really take their time to find the best home for you and have never led anyone astray from what they truly want. The amount of time and effort that they have put into getting to know the residents really shows through! Every time I step into the office, I feel how inviting and friendly they are!
