Evergreen Manor

4 episode so I want to be honest about this place. I thought this place was amazing. Unfortunately, I moved into this location during the height of covid. Episode, the property manager amanda refuse to actually do a walk through with us and the property. Ladies and gentlemen, if a property manager ever refuses two walk with you through the property, it's for a reason. This location is accessible beyond a cesspool. On top of accessible, Amanda is totally unprofessional. She does not care about anything other than money in her pocket. So much so that it's been figured out that the money that they were giving her to fix the properties she took for herself. Hi, digress. This place is absolutely Amos. I lived in Landlady Amandas building complex in crestwood apartments for a few years. Now needing a change or scenery/ upgrade, Amanda was able to accommodate me once an apartment was available in the evergreen manor location. Im happy with all the help I've received from her and maintain people when i had an issue.

Great staff and service, very nice and spacious apartment and clean property.
