This rental home was not ready for move-in. From the beginning, there were mold issues that should have been addressed before anyone was allowed to live here. I submitted a maintenance request back in November, and it took months for them to respond. When maintenance finally came, they did not fix the mold properly. Instead of removing it, they covered it by installing a new cabinet over the mold, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful. Phone calls go unanswered, and communication is very poor. Despite this, I pay my rent early every month and have always done my part as a tenant. I have a newborn and two young daughters, and due to the mold issue, we have been forced to stay with my parents because the home is not safe for my children. This situ

I would never rent from this company. This company has been the absolute worst since they took over VineBrook Homes houses. I had an issue with plumbing and it took them a month to send someone out to get it fixed and then within two days my sump pump was backed up. I can’t wash clothes. The most I could do is actually use the restroom. It is hard for us to take showers or baths because the water backs up into the tub when we have the water For a long period of time I even have an entire swamp in my basement at the sub pump area and all they did was send someone out to look at it but it has yet to be fixed and I pay $1195 in rent they’re gonna be expecting that on the dime next month but is my situation gonna be fixed is the question

This is the worst leasing company we’ve ever rented from. We were already leasing this current house for a couple years when they came in and bought the home from our previous management company. In the middle of the year’s lease. So we had no choice. It’s been the worst experience of our lives. They are extremely rude, and consistently non-responsive. (And this isn’t the first issue we’ve had.) We actively have water leaking from the water heater on the second floor and it’s leaking through to the ceiling to the garage on the first floor. They have still not responded or dispatched anyone. We currently have water building up on our garage floor near all our stuff. I’ve made dozens of calls to the emergency line, which says is 24/7 on their portal, only to be hung up on with no way to l

As I’m leaving this my family is dealing with an emergency issue that they refuse to take care or treat it as an emergency. When they were VineCrooks I left a review similar to this one and the name has changed but the company is no different. At this moment we’re experiencing a sewer main clog and our bathtubs as well as toilets are overflowing with feces and toilet water. We have left messages with maintenance and put in work orders but nothing. This company has been a nightmare to deal with and we’re happy our lease is almost up because we can’t wait to move out.

Old company pawned my lease off to these people and they are currently trying to scam me out of my deposit. I spent a lot of time and money making the place look nice for move out and they are attempting to block me from my legal right to attend the final inspection. Lucky I was moving out so if I eventually have to sue them they can't retaliate! Our water had to be shut off due to a leak and couldn't get anybody out to fix for several days.
