Evergreen Heights Apartments

Where do I begin: 1- cabinets falling apart they refused to change them mind you this was advertized as remodeled. 2- No heating first week which was thanks giving week. 3- charged me for the days before they gave me the key or contract signed 4- MOOOLLDDD I found mold and they tried to fix it for 1.5 months before finally replacing the cabinet flouring. every time I asked they would send someone who would spray a powder and be like that should fix it, spoiler it did not. 5- The cabinet door i asked to change or fix everytime they failed and just closed the ticket just for me to reopen it it fell on my brothers head and injured him. after threat they took the cabinet door and just failed to bring one back. 6- battery for door ended, they didn't replace it, excuse is you are moving out in 2

Janet was amazing and very patient with me regarding move in fees and explained the process down to a tee! Super informative. After all was said and done, Sarah kindly followed up with me later in the afternoon. She was very responsive as well! The team was amazing.

So much has changed!! It’s been about two years since I started living at Evergreen Heights. In this time they have done so much for us, I love how they COMPLETELY RENOVATED our GYM! Maintenance comes for anything that goes wrong. Yesterday my garage got stuck, and Nathan was here immediately to fix it! He shows respect and care, you don’t see that everyday anymore. Jonathan is also amazing- he took care of us when no one else was around to, and he does amazing work! Also a special shoutout to the office staff. They answered all my questions when I moved in and they’re easy talk to . Evergreen Heights is more than apartments, it’s a community! :)

Shoutout to Jonathan for always being there for my family whenever we needed help, Maintenance team is aweesoommeee, I have been with Evergreen for 4 years now and they never fail me and my family, Thank you Evergreen Height for your hard work. ❤️

If you don’t want a headache, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO LIVE IN! This is hands-down the WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in—the management is TERRIBLE. I moved in on June 20th and the place was dirty and full of issues that needed fixing. I emailed management asking for urgent repairs and, as of today, July 15th—almost a month after I moved in—nothing has been resolved. No one has come to the apartment, and they haven’t even replied to my email. I sent a second email and still got no response. Will I have to sue them to get this fixed? Probably yes.
