If I could give no stars I would. Lynda was a sweetheart, it is so sad she left. Once she did, this entire apartment complex went even further down the drain. We had filed multiple service requests with maintenance to fix our dishwasher, leaks, and this god awful smell coming from our laundry room...(water heater, or washing machine). None of these issues were addressed. Additionally, we filed our 30 day notice mid-month (understanding that we would be responsible for next month's rent) and the property manager forced us out around the beginning of our last month that we PAID FOR. This didn't allow us time to clean the apartment and provide our carpet cleaning for the unit. So guess what? They charged us 2600$ for carpet replacement, even though the unit had not had it's carpet replaced i

I have lived at Evergreen Estates for over 5 years and I enjoy living here. The current Property Manager, Linda , is honestly the best! She responds quickly to any issues or concerns and is always very friendly. I feel like since Linda's been here, I've noticed positive changes and I truly appreciate that. Chad (maintenance) is also quick to respond and very professional. This is an apartment complex, so yes, there will be noise. I believe that as an apartment community, it's up to the Residents to respect one another. Clean up after your dogs, pick up your trash, maintain your apartment and respect noise levels. I have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. When there has been a maintenance issue, they are very quick to fix it. Linda has gone out of her way for me, time and time again, whether it be to get paperwork ready that I've needed or even just a quick reply for any questions I have had. It is an apartment so there may be times that you hear your neighbors, but that hasn't been much of an issue for me. Most of the neighbors here are very respectful and kind. My dog and I have enjoyed many mornings out on the patio, where I can read peacefully and she can watch all the activity from birds and other wildlife taking advantage of the pond in our backyard! This has been a great home and I recommend it to anyone who may be looking.

This apartment allows dog neglect and does absolutely nothing on excessive dog barking! I understand dogs bark, but consecutively all day?! The property manager witnessed the dog in the kennel too small for it, and did nothing which has been ongoing for months. There is a bunch of trash laying around and glass around the garbages - in order for them to do something about it- you need to contact them many of times! Evergreen Estates need management that cares about their tenants and pets living here! Not worth the high rent to live here! Very expensive price for a VERY cheap apartment, it's all made to look nice, but it's not. The border on top of our closet door in the dining room fell off for no reason, and I actually mean for no reason, we rarely used that closet, and we weren't hard on anything in the apartment, little things like that happened all over. The walls are absolutely paper thin, you can hear the person in the master bedroom of a 2 bedroom all the way out in the living room, and you can hear your neighbors walking around, or blasting their music. Because the place is dog friendly, a lot of people think they don't need to teach their dogs to behave. Management did an alright job, so there's a plus, except they always waited untill it was done snowing to plow, which is ridiculous when it's snowing hard all day
